So dental school has finally kicked off, and I'm almost through orientation week. I must say, it has been a great half a week. I didn't really know what to expect when I first step foot in the school. I was actually kind of nervous to meet my classmates. I was just hoping we got along because I'll be seeing them week in and week out for the next four years. But much to my relief, I've gotten to know some awesome people.
Although they did try to bring us back down to earth with the (cue dramatic music and lightning) discipline talk, and what happens if you fail your classes. Which, honestly, did make me kind of worried. Overall, I'm tired of hearing about what's to come, and ready to get down to business. (I got a feeling I'll miss this week in a month... if not sooner!)

Summer
Alright, I'm going to try to write on this thing more often. As most may already know, I got into dental school a couple weeks ago, which I am VERY excited about. I actually lost a lot of sleep because I was so excited about it haha. It has been something that I've been working very hard towards and God has blessed me with this opportunity to go into the dental field.
I was planning on working and taking a class this summer but since I have no need for that class anymore. So this is might be my last free summer that I can do whatever I want. What is sad is that I don't have much planned yet, except for work and a Cali/Vegas trip at the end of June. So I'm going to be b-o-r-e-d.
I don't know of many things to do in Dallas other than studying lol. Any suggestions for fun things to do?

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year! I know most people may start off their new year with a resolution to workout more or eat less junk food, and that's good. But for when we need to reward ourselves for the work, I have a few suggestions:
My blog title of "Junk Food Addict" wouldn't live up to its name if I didn't mention Flat Earth chips. They're simply the perfect combination of decadent taste that will also satisfy the health nut inside you. With flavors like Tangy Tomato Ranch, it may make you want to buy these in bulk!
I've heard that Peach Mango Paradise is very good, but I've yet to find them in the stores.
My second suggestion is the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate from Starbucks. It is simply delicious. As if someone liquified a chocolate covered pretzel, created a smooth and chocolatey concoction that will perfectly complement those frigid days. It sounds weird putting salt into something sweet, but if you know how salt works with your taste buds (which my brother, a foodie, told me), it makes perfect sense.

Return of the blog?
Is blogging back?
(minus lawyer, add dentist.)
My last xanga blog ended up being a random picture/video fest. So in memory of my old blog...
This video clip entails how I've been feeling during the past few weeks of studying for the DAT.
